His instinctive business nature and knack for developing E-Learning systems allow him to provide the framework that builds its success upon. Chris Kling

VP of Coaching Support

As the VP of Coaching Support for, Chris is perfectly situated to mentor our coaches to reach their goal of building their own prosperous business to feed their passion and help them achieve personal, financial, and professional independence. He works with coaches to ensure they are able to make full use of all the resources, support, tools, and technology afforded them as a partner with Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. The curriculum focused largely on entrepreneurship, giving him a tremendous basis of knowledge when speaking with business coaches and small business owners about their marketing and developing a comprehensive and thriving sales process.

Danni Devine


Danniella has run our accounting department since 2009 and is a valued member of our TEAM.

With a background in small business she is often relied upon to not only provide direction for us as a company…. but our many business coaching clients around the world.

Danni is professional, easy to work with, trustworthy, reliable, while at the same time competent, using the latest software packages, time-saving routines and current with the latest accounting and taxation regulations.

Holly Bell

Roleplay Specialist Coordinator

Holly Bell is originally from California and met her Canadian husband, Patrick Bell, in Austria, while working on a summer volunteer team taking relief into now former iron curtain communist Eastern Europe. Her BA in Communications with a double minor in Sociology and Theology Studies, from Biola University (California). She has worked in the US, Japan, Canada, Europe and Kenya, travelled to over 30 countries and can't wait to visit a new one. She has worked in a variety of industries using her skill sets of public relations,office management and event planning in a variety of industries including biotech, health, TV and education. After receiving her MA in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College Graduate School (Illinois), Holly and Patrick moved to Japan and together as educators. After a year found themselves with a vision and soon became business owners of an English conversation school franchise along with an international staff. 1 year turned into 12 years. She and Patrick later moved to Kenya so Patrick could be a marketing director for a safari company and they started a business consulting firm, and Patrick developed what is now the Profit Acceleration Software™ while Holly coordinated all the events and managed the staff. After their return to Canada in 2010, when Kenya suffered a civil war during the post election violence, Holly had the privilege of working with one of the largest online schools in British Columbia. She also became a certified career coach to help students choose the right career. Just prior to the Covid Pandemic, she enjoyed being an English instructor at the University of British Columbia.

She now is the Director of PAS Onboarding and leads a team of 10+ at to help train the new coaches in the software, having pioneered the PAS Roleplay division. She and Patrick have 3 young adult children who were born and raised in Japan and are now global nomads having their own adventures.

William Kungu

Senior Software Engineer

William is a husband, father, uncle, chicken owner, senior software engineer and the lead developer of the Profit Acceleration Software™ (2.0 versions and beyond). He's a graduate of Messiah College in Grantham, PA, USA with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He has over 12 years of professional experience in software engineering, having worked in the US and in Kenya, He considers himself a full-stack software engineer and is particularly interested in cloud-based technologies.

Some of his specialties include Laravel, ReactJS, GraphQL, AWS services, Linux, Docker, Angular, HTML5, Jira, React Native, CSS3, NodeJS, Adobe CS, AWS CodeCommit, Django, Firebase, PHP, Python, Postgres, MySQL, Bitbucket, etc.

If he's not cracking some software code on his laptop, he's probably watching cartoons with his daughters.

Kelvin Mureithi

Senior Software Engineer

Kelvin is a talented software engineer who helps head up development of our Profit Acceleration Software™ and other surprise projects we're working on.

Having worked on many complex projects around the world his background in software is diverse and has close to a decade of professional experience in software engineering. He is a graduate of Strathmore University, Nairobi, Kenya, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Information Technology.

He's considered a full-stack software engineer and is particularly interested in Machine Learning & AI.

He has vast experience in Javascript Including popular frameworks like NodeJS, ReactJS, GraphQL ,Angular ,VueJS, & Botpress. He has also worked with PHP (Laravel,Wordpress), Python,Django,, Elastic Search, Postgres, MySQL, AWS services, Linux, Docker, Bitbucket, Jira etc.

When he is not writing software, he is probably playing catch with his dog or trying out a new recipe.

James Njuguna

Jerich Calderon

VP of Web Development

Jerich has ten years of Art and Information Technology experience particularly in the field of Web Design, System Development and Multimedia Arts. During the early part of his IT career, he developed his practical visual design experience both in Digital and Fine arts by joining and winning regional and national art competitions. He also worked and collaborated on Computer Applications and Systems built using various Open-Source and Commercial technologies. Business owners, educational programs and various groups have sought Jerich's insight into their IT and E-Learning needs. He enjoys technical challenges, problem solving as well as applying his programming and designing skills in diverse situations.

Jerich has a Degree in Information Technology w/ units in Education. As a down-to-earth and purpose-driven technologist, he take pleasure in his time with his family, writing music and playing instruments.

Walter (Walt) Wise is the CEO of the Northeast Veterans Business Resource Center and a Business and Marketing Strategist and CEO of the BPI Strategy Group.

A published author and national speaker, he leads the BPI Strategy Group to help small businesses accelerate their revenue growth, improve sales and marketing and increase cash flow. . In addition, he leads and facilitates small business training programs around the US on various topics related to starting and growing a business, selling to government and various other entrepreneurial and business growth topics. His clients range from LOCAL trades companies (electricians, plumbers, locksmiths, HVAC contractors) with revenues under $1million annually to high tech firms with annual revenues over $50 million.
