Lisa comes with a long executive history in operations, finance, and technology. She developed one of the first medical charting applications that used algorithms to track and predict outcomes based on interventions. After selling that company, she owned and operated a regional technology company, recognized world-wide for deploying emergency services during a major disaster.

She is known for bringing relatively unknown organizations to front page news for the work they do in the community. Working as a Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer, she modernized systems and structures that resulted in millions of dollars added to the bottom line of the companies she has worked with.

She has helped create a culture of vision and purpose in businesses, organizations, and government agencies that have resulted in numerous international awards, including a 2013 CNN Hero award, a Christian Science Monitor Difference Maker, a Harvey’s Hero, and others. As a result, she has spoken on the power of community within organizations on stages and venues throughout the United States, including the opening keynote with others at the 2019 South by Southwest EDU (SXSW-EDU) Conference and Festival.
