Triage

A business term that refers to the process of prioritizing tasks, issues, or projects based on their level of urgency or importance. It is a common practice in many industries, including healthcare, customer support, and project management. The goal of triage is to ensure that critical issues are addressed first, allowing businesses to allocate resources more efficiently and effectively. In healthcare, triage is used to prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition. In customer support, it is used to prioritize and respond to customer inquiries and issues. In project management, it is used to prioritize tasks and allocate resources accordingly.

If a client is struggling with a critical issue that requires immediate attention, the coach might prioritize that client over others who have less pressing concerns. By using triage, the coach can ensure that they are addressing the most urgent and important issues first, while still providing support to all of their clients.
