Needs Analysis

Refers to the process of identifying and analyzing the gap between an organization’s current state and its desired future state in terms of skills, knowledge, resources, or performance. The goal of a needs analysis is to identify the specific needs of an organization or group in order to develop and implement effective solutions to address those needs.
