End-user
Refers to the final user of a product or service. It is the person or entity who actually uses or consumes a product or service, as opposed to intermediaries or resellers who may be involved in the distribution process. In business, understanding the needs and preferences of the end-user is critical to developing and marketing products and services effectively. Companies often conduct market research to gather information about their end-users, in order to improve product design, functionality, and customer satisfaction.
End-users in business coaching refer to the individuals or groups who will ultimately benefit from the coaching services, such as employees, managers, or executives. A coach may work with end-users to identify their specific needs and goals, and to develop customized coaching programs that address those needs. Coaching end-users can also involve providing training, support, and feedback on specific skills or behaviors, such as communication, leadership, or conflict resolution. Ultimately, coaching end-users helps organizations build a more skilled, motivated, and effective workforce.
