Deliverables
Deliverables are tangible or intangible products, services, or outcomes that a project or business is expected to produce or provide. They are typically specified in a project plan or contract and may include reports, software, hardware, prototypes, designs, training materials, or other items. Deliverables represent the end results of a project or business initiative and are often used to measure success and determine whether project goals have been achieved. They may also be used to communicate progress to stakeholders and to ensure that all parties involved in the project are aligned and working towards the same objectives.
An example of deliverables in business coaching could be defining clear deliverables at the outset of the coaching engagement, the coach and client can ensure that they are aligned in terms of goals and expectations, and can measure progress and success against concrete benchmarks. Deliverables provide a framework for the coaching engagement and help to ensure that the client receives value from the process.
